Who handles your data

What data I collect

The contact form asks for your name, business, the services you're interested in, an optional link to your website or social profile, your timing and a description of your project. Only name, services and description are required.

The form does not send or store anything on this website: it simply composes a message that opens in your WhatsApp app. You decide whether to send it. The same applies if you contact me by phone, email or Instagram.

Why I use it

I only use your data to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you decide to work with me, carry out the project. The legal basis is your request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I don't use your data for advertising and I never share it with anyone.

How long I keep it

I keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request. If you become a client, data related to the work is kept for the period required by tax law.

Third-party services

When you send a message on WhatsApp or write to me on Instagram, your data also passes through those services (run by Meta), under their own privacy policies. The provider hosting this website may log technical visit data (such as your IP address) for security purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. It only uses technical cookies needed for it to work, including the one that remembers your choice in the cookie banner, which is provided by iubenda. The fonts are loaded directly from the site, without contacting external services.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to its processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to the email address above. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
